We deliver excellent care at a reasonable cost to our patients. We therefore require payment in full at the time services are rendered, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. Our CIGNA, Aetna, and Guardian patients are responsible for any estimated co-pays or deductibles.
For payment, we accept cash and checks, and the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you have a Care Credit account, you may use it to pay for dental services. For more extensive cases, we offer No Interest or Low Interest financing through CareCredit. You can apply in our office and receive an immediate decision from CareCredit.
If you have a dental insurance plan, please ensure that we have the correct and up-to-date information. As a courtesy to all our patients, we will file your insurance claims electronically on the day of your visit, and you will be reimbursed directly by your insurance carrier. Since most carriers are set up to receive electronic claims, we have found that patients very often receive their reimbursement check within 7 to 14 days of their visit to our office.
