Our Mission
Dr. Murphy and her team pledge to provide uncompromising dental care, using the most up-to-date methods and technology in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our emphasis on patient education is the key to improved dental health and ultimately quality results that last.
Appointments
We’re open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Our location is handicapped-accessible and features free parking. If you ride the bus, you will find us conveniently located on Montgomery County bus routes. If you can’t keep your appointment, we ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll gladly reschedule you for a more convenient time. If you miss a second appointment without providing us with the requested 48 hours notice, you may be charged a broken appointment fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We can provide you with a written summary of your benefits and deternine the remaining dollar value of your annual dental benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only make a good faith estimate of your reimbursement for dental procedures but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
We are currently participants in the CIGNA, Aetna, and Guardian PPO networks. If you are a member of one of these insurance plans, you will pay your estimated patient portion at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients and for rapid processing, we will file your claims electronically. If you have any questions, our helpful staff is always available to answer them.
