Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We can provide you with a written summary of your benefits and determine the remaining dollar value of your annual dental benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only make a good faith estimate of your reimbursement for dental procedures but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
We currently are participants in the following PPO insurance plans: CIGNA, Aetna, Guardian, Assurant, Delta, Dominion, Metlife, GEHA, CareFirst BC/BS, United Concordia, United Health Care, Humana, Dominion, and Maryland Healthy Smiles. If you are a member of one of these insurance networks, you will pay your estimated patient portion at the time of service.
As a courtesy to our patients and for rapid processing, we will file your claims electronically. If you have any questions, our helpful staff is always available to answer them. Please ensure that we have information on your current insurance plan and that you are well-versed in your plan’s benefits and limitations.
