New Patients
When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Lakeside Dental Team will meet with you first to perform a comprehensive exam. She and her staff will gather data and explain your digital x-rays, periodontal measurements, oral cancer screening, and your soft and hard tissue exam. Then a diagnosis of your oral condition and subsequent treatment plan will be created and shared with you.
